A waiver form is required for all that enter the property. If you are under 18 you must have a parent or guardians signature. There will be NO exceptions! If you look under 18 then you must present your ID to track staff for verification.

Rules


All track warnings and signs must be obeyed at all times.

If intoxication is suspected you will not be permitted to enter.

All guests and riders must sign a liability waiver before being permitted onto the track.

All guests and riders under the age of 18 must have a parent or gaurdian with them to sign the waiver. No exceptions!

You will be asked to leave the premises immediately if you are involved in any activity on the track that may cause injury to oneself or others.

The Flying Squirrel Snowcross Track, LLC is not responsible for any lost of damaged items.

The Flying Squirrel Snowcross Track, LLC is not responsible for death or injury to guests or riders.
